Hacking R4i SDHC (www.r4sdhc.com) + TTMenu = Lag

Well I've got TTMenu working on R4i SDHC (www.r4sdhc.com) but when I load a game (any game) it starts to lag.
The game works but it lags.
Anyone knows how to fix it?

What kind of MicroSD/SDHC card do you have?

Cheaply made and counterfeit cards tend to have low read speeds and can cause slowdowns in game because the DS isn't able to read the data fast enough.

Problem solved (Thanks to your post).
The problem was the MicroSDHC (Sandisk 4gb [2]) I've changed it for a MicroSD (Sandisk 2gb) and the lag stopped.
