www.r4i-sdhc.com Yes they updated for this month, no telling if ANYTHING was fixed, but it's a worth a shot, eh?

PS. I posted it in this section cause this card is a TTDS clone.

EDIT: ASR gets ERRCODE=-6 and SCC's remains the same. HeartGold/SoulSilver (U) causes a constant freeze [23 events; blackscreen] and the Pal-Pad Blackscreening is fixed HG/SS (J)

i have this r4i card and sonic racing works now, so they must have added something to their extinfo.dat (map.bin) file.

This is one those r4 cards that shouldn't be trashed. First, I thought these guys were copying Ashley's work, but Ashley left and these guys are still updating they're card

because somewhere in the world..(china and japan)
they are still people updating infolib and savlib

however, none of those people could actually update the extinfo (refer to making fixes and not copying)

Is it not possilbe to extract the info from the map.bin file? I have looked through the other files GAMEINFO.dat and savlib.dat and neither VOSV or VOSE are present (sonic classic collection) as everyone seems to have VOSE but my version is VOSV.

I don't get the error 4 I get two white screens

I have added VOSV 1CCDAAEA into infolib and extinfo but for obvious reason get no further lol. I have tried a few older sonic games data in the infolib file to see if they help but no. The trouble is I have no idea what the data is in their to decifer what i could try.

I have searched loads of places on the net regarding the sonic games but cannot seem to locate any info on what fix is required.

@K3Nv2 Snow Day is pretty fun. My only bitch would be the camera controls, when you move around, say down, you have to move the right stick left or right to get camera to turn and get your view, other than that I like it so far.

From what people say pvp isn't even worth it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I just been playing offline, and they give you a few bots here n there on your team to help battle. I don't think it's as funny as the other games tho, more battle oriented than humor, which kinda sucks, but I'm still early in it
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, doesnt the game have a campaign mode?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, and co-op, but you can also start a pvp session and battle just with friends. You get special skill cards (powers) the more you play. And higher value cards, but you can only enable so many cards at a time.

If you can find enough for it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Toilet paper is considered the money, you collect and buy stuff with TP, kinda funny. Graphics are def better than the other games tho, I think they used Unity 5 engine.

I bet most people at the time still watched it in black and white
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Many of them did before colour television was common.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Likely because black and white TV was in-expensive.

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
It certainly wasn't inexpensive it cost the same as a new car back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
How much did a 1965 color TV cost?

For example, a 21-inch (diagonal) GE color television in 1965 had an advertised price of $499, which is equal to $4,724 in today's dollars, according to the federal government's inflation calculator.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@K3Nv2, take into consideration how economy was back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yeah that's why they listed inflation rates
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    Sorry didnt read that part
