Because you're supposed to be going ONLY to the web address that is on the sticker of your cart. Download your firmware from there.

Yeah i noticed the files are way different and i use the correct menu already from R4I-SDHC.com atleast thats whats the my R4 said on the front.

Now going to try with mario and luigi with a 8gb Sandisk class4 lets hope this works.

Good News! it was the stupid MicroSd Card!! FFS sigh

I had problems with : Kingston 4Gb Sdhc Class4 Micro SD
Using now : Sandisk 8Gb Sdhc Class4 Micro SD

Tested with the game above and did save after every save spot and turned off the DS,
and turned it on again but save stays good - NO corruptions! -
