Hacking R4I/R4I Ultra theme maker Qustion

Is there like any R4I/R4I Ultra Theme maker? like Alice or something... and also what is the moonshell 2 theme maker utilities is?

I just researched it, here's the download link: R4 Theme Maker

Explore it and figure it out, it was originaly made for the R4TS.

Unfortunately, the file you've linked to is R4 Theme Creator Alice, which only outputs in R4 format, not R4i. I found it handy for creating the Icon screen and resizing some larger bmps to fit the DS screen, but the color.ini isn't compatible with the R4i menu system.

I've Googled as many different descriptions as I can think of and Alice is the only one that comes up - does this mean that there isn't a single R4i menu editor out there? Or am I missing something? (Which, to be honest, would be nothing new!)
