Hacking R4i GOLD PRO for 3DS - Can I Autoboot a rom?

As the title says, I am trying to see if there is a way but I can't find anything. All I read is "features" like:

-Automatically Load last rom played instead of going to the menu

This is exactly what I am trying to achieve but I don't know how, so can someone help please? I'm using R4i-V3.5b English at the moment.

Edit: The thread title should say "Autoboot a NDS rom" I am not looking to do anything with 3DS roms.
