Hacking R4i Gold Plus (r4ids.com) alternative firmware?

So I was wondering, does any alternative firmware exist for this thing? Wood for R4 clones won't work and YSmenu launches, but gives some DLDI error when I try to actually launch something. I think I somehow got DSTT firmware to work, but I'd prefer Wood or YSmenu. (dualboot if at all possible) It's in the title, but the cart's website is www.r4ids.com.

It may be the best, but I can't get it to run. I've tried several versions of it, too. Well, that's not entirely true; it runs, but won't launch anything, not even homebrew. It just errors out with some DLDI message. "Unsupported DLDI" or something.
