Gaming R4i Gold doesn't start on my rooted 3ds, but it loads normally on two other systems

Hi!
I've got a problem with my R4i Gold RTS.
I can see it's icon normally on the menu screen, but when I try to load it, screen stays black and won't load.
Weird thing is, it works normally on my other 3DS, and on my friends 3ds too.
I thought my cartridge reader might be broken, but nope, it works good.

The only thing I'm thinking it might have caused it, is that I did a region change to the system. Still, I don't know how that makes sence. It used to be USA system and changed it to EU. The other 3ds were EU too.

...I'm confused.
Any insight?

Maybe your DS mode is broken. Try if loading other DS software is possible (a cartridge or the DS version of Download Play). In this case all DS software fails to load:

For the record, you can't root a 3DS.

No offense, but i hate it when people use the wrong terms for things, "How to jailbreak your ANDROID phone!", "How to root a PC!", "How to root an IPHONE!", "How to jailbreak your 3DS!". It's just a big pet peeve of mine.
