Hacking r4i gold card and ndsl

says this card works with the ndsl and all nds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can not get it to work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
which firmware do y put on /
this card is driving me round the bend!

i have two , they are past their sell by date.(useless with new roms). am waitjing for 2 new acecard 2i `s too arrive from shoptemp.

No offense guys R4 cards are all giant mocks of the real one back then. I'd say go for an acekard 2i, its only 12 bucks at places like priceangels.com

Could you give more info?
Locks it up as in what? Does it lock up when booting or when you run something? Does it give an error?
