Hacking R4i Dual Core 2016 Sonic Games Save always loss

I play Nintendo Games save never loss but when I play sonic games or other games and I saved then and not play it for long and I play again the game create a new save and deleted all my old save It's only happen on every Sonic games I have (Sonic Colors, Sonic and All Star Racing, Sonic mega collection).
Is there a way to fix this problem???
Edit: It's happen every game this happen on just sing too! but mario, wario,zelda games doesn't have this issue

Now I reformatted memory card using the command on cmd(command propmt) 'format x: /Q /A:64k /FS:FAT' It's works no more save lost. But Just Sing vol. 2 and vol. 3 have save problem when I open just sing vol.2 it's delete Just Sing vol. 3 save data then I open just sing vol.3 it's delete just sing vol. 2 save data. but just sing 1 doesn't affected. So I have to use RTS for these Just Sing vol. 2/vol. 3.

Dont have too many games on the sd card, 300 etc, and better class sd card and less clutter

Now I put it in different folder just sing 2/3 work no save corrupt. try to not put game that have problem like this into the same folder. some games that have squeals will corrupt save file. jam sessions 1 and 2 have this problem too!
I putted just sing 2 and Jam sessions into folder GAMES2 or root of sdcard it's works fine now.

Use the Panasonic SD Formatter to format your µSD, not Windows.

ALWAYS BACKUP your µSD to a backup folder on your PC BEFORE formatting!!!
Format your µSD with the Panasonic SDFormatter
Use these options to format : FORMAT TYPE : FULL (OverWrite). FORMAT SIZE ADJUSTMENT : ON

You can also use YSMenu (Dual boot), if you want.
Use the R4i-SDHC folder in my Multi Cart Updates and the DAT folder from my DAT updates.

I already do that still got the same problem. but I putting the game in different directories fixed this.
