Hacking R4DS firmware upgrade HELP!!!

i need help upgrading my R4DS.
can anyone tell me the instructions on how to do it?

Q: Is the R4 OS/Firmware upgradable?
A: Yes! And the best part is that its DEAD EASY and SAFE to do it

Anyways, download the firmware update. Then extract the files somewhere and jump into the folder 'skin-x-en' (x=skinpack). Select all files/folders in the 'skin-x-en' folder and drag them over to the root of your R4DS drive. That's it
