I've followed all the instructions I can find, but everytime I try and use it, it comes back with an error "This program has encountered a problem and must close" and the "Send Error Report" buttons. Anybody know why or know how I can fix this?
I have tried both cmd prompt and .BAT methods and neither worked, and I have tried redownloading the program.
