Hardware R4 problems games wont play have no SAV files????

Desperatly tryingto get to the bottom opf a problem. My R4 card original has a game and a sav file on setup already for each game file. I have added some new games which I have downloaded some are fine. But occassionally it says to turn off DS and reinsert game cartridge with SAV. file??? Im a little lost and require some help pls.
