Hacking r4 problem

i just bought a r4 ds cart a few week ago
and everything has working just fine
but a feww minutes ago i turned on my ds and there was on the screen 'sd/tf card erroy"
what do i do?

Can you access the files on the card with your PC? If so, copy them over, format your card, and copy the save files back.

It could also be a connection error (with the pins or whatever), but usually that would lead to a "not found" error

no i can't access the card from my pc
so it's the card that is broken?
what else do i have to do?
