Hacking r4 not reading data

hi newbie here, bought an r4 last year it was working fine until recently no it will not accept new games keeps coming up with message unable to read game data reinsert card and restart gb, can any one help please

now i dont know what the problem should be...
i thought the problem could be the arm7 fix, but the game you just showed didnt need a arm7 fix.
so maybe you should try to update the firmware of R4ds

Try formatting your memory card and copying the games again.

before you do this, make first a BACKUP of your whole content on your micro sd card
and trew everything off of your micro sd card
visit this site http://gbatemp.net/index.php?dlcategory=34
download the r4 loader 1.11 chose the language version of your r4ds
and put the stuff you just downloaded on the sd card

when you are inside R4 menu,
do you still see the ICON of game? every game got a different icon
if not the game you have is corrupted or it isnt correct transfered to the sd card

if it still not working, you should try the arm7 fix
try the search option on this site, search for: arm7 fix or dslazy

try to CRC the rom files. compare them with the original. bad microSD can make a mess like that.

right i have made a backup and removed all data on card now how do i formatt the card thanks

When you turn on your DS and your R4 boots up, your firmware version should be at the bottom left corner of the touch screen.

I have the exact same problem with some of the same games. Going to format now. Thought that could be the problem... Thanks for the thread.
