If you close your ds at the menu where you can adjust brightness and reset. They will adjust with the lid closed. Could be an indication of a "fake" sleep mode..

And? When coding a pseudo sleep mode for your own apps, you want to ignore keypresses. Maybe the coders behind the cart remembered to drop cycles, turn off the screen, but forgot to ignore keypresses

Ok i think the guys right. If you close the lid when a game is loading, the game keeps loading and eventually starts the game, that then enters sleep mode. It also turns the backlight off for the entire game (on my phat at least), making me think that when you close the ds at the R4 menu, all it does is turn off the backlight.

Not that it really matters. Just my two bits. [IMG]

For when your about to load a game and your boss walks in your office. You have to close the lid quickly and stash you ds.. [IMG]

Nah man, that's when you close it quickly, then backhand him with it. Then stash his body in a bathroom stall or broom closet.

    That can't take too long.
