Hacking R4-III kernel. CHEATS translations from chinese to english

I hawe R4-III card for my DS lite and kernel version v3.13 (latest)...

The thing is that when i want to use cheats, the cheats are on Chinese language (and i DON'T understand chinese language at all). Is there some patch for that kernel that translates CHEATS to english?

Or is there other (better) way to cheat?

you probably downloaded chinese cheat files, and if that's true, get english ones from here
