I'm looking for a relatively up to date kernel for my R4i Neo. I realize it's a garbage card but I lost my Acekard 2i to an ex and I had this one lying around and it works on my 3ds. I managed to find a 1.35 version for it and it works but has bad compatibility. I read that you can turn this card into an R4i Gold by just changing the kernel but I don't know how much I believe that. Any alternative firmware would be great.

I know this problem is OUTDATED but I have an R4i 1.4 card which has a WiFi label on it, just like the 1.4.5 card...
I think it's fake...
I hope not cuz I'm not into online shopping

Pretty sure, our fix is to use, YsMenu or R4wood that works on every R4.

The only Original R4 i,ts the one that only accepts non SDHC, so yours its also a clone, try this:

it doesnt work and also i used the wayback machine where the fake r4 website is actually working and downloaded it from there

Got my "spongebob" one working with this, thanks!
That said, i think this "database" should also include what does the pcb show(in my case a SDHC in the right side where the contacts are) and what game does it show when inserted(Spongebob's Atlantis SquarePantis in my case.)

that card is fake as near as I can tell, as there is no 2016 firmware for that card on the wayback machine.

latest dual core smart smart update firmware from them is

it seems to be wood based, based on it's directories.
