Yes, VolumeRate has had this in stock for a few days now, but it is also officially listed on DealExtreme (which re-directs you to VolumeRate, which is their partner) as a "Top Seller":

They're simply "discriminating" against individual users buying a single cartridge. They obviously would prefer to deal with people that are buying larger quantities instead ($31.57 for 100 or more).

Still, $31.57 is a very high price for a supposedly "budget" M3 card. For a couple bucks more you can get the M3 Real with rumble...or for a few bucks less you can get the AceKard 2!
