R-Type (TG16) VS R-Type III (SNES)

SNES version = Better Graphics than TG16?

I've never played the game but if the SNES has better graphics, and assuming 'R-Type III' was not one of those sequel flops, I would probably go with that.

Thanks for the reply...judging by the trailer it does look to be the better choice.....(Playing some Gunstar Heroes right now....damn I move the game.....)
