Gaming R/S/E title music in the Platinum ROM?

I was messing around in the Platinum ROM, and found the R/S/E title screen music in there.
Is this actually used anywhere in the game? Maybe it's for something in the future, an event or a new game?

Diamond and Pearl had songs not used in the game too. Pretty sure they were from GBA games too, can't recall might have been the same songs.

It's been a while since I had a poke in the D&P ROMs...
