Short answer: cannot happen with the way jEnesisDS works. If you can tolerate slow speed and no sound, use jEnesisDS v0.4a SW version or PicoDriveDS, which have horizontal scaling. If you want fullspeed and sound, you'll have to settle for not being able to scale horizontally.
