It means she's too lazy to pick it up.

I would say a writer who eventually gave up on her dreams and started doing something she's actually good at: ie. music.

I could also say after one day of doing her homework she had to release her sexual desires on a piano as a pianist.

Most likely not, since she's using a pen. Musicians prefer pencil, so do mathematicians.

I can say that the paper being blank can be a symbol of kids today who have short attention span with written material, but rather spend time on things like music.

On the other hand, I'm awfully surprised how her ass managed to keep a perfectly round shape on that hard chair. She has to work out alot too, which means she is into sports also, but again, not so much concentration when it comes to academics.

She has no time to write or sketch,
she is being forced by her parents to do music.

She doesn't need the pen or paper; music is her medium.

    actually science is probably right.

Shes trying to signify that she doesn't need the pen or paper to communicate, she can use music.

That's beautiful, but still does not explain why she has such perfect ass.
