Would it be against the rules to put up a tutorial describing how to get the most out of a peer-to-peer program like uTorrent or a batch file program like Cryptload?

p2p does not always have to be used for piracy. Also a great way to help get linux distro for example.

The way the users use it is up to them

Awesome. In that case, where would I throw up a tutorial like that?

I guess in the computer section? Just keep your examples of everything in legal terms and you should be fine imho.

*ahem* Just a word to the wise
If you do this, you really need to submit it to the moderators/staff before posting it to be sure you don't get in trouble for it.
There are too many ways of overstepping that thin red line.
