Hacking Quick question, playing legit MH4U /w N3DS

What if I have the legit cart and want to play online on my old, already Gateway'd 3DS? What would I have to do? Thanks.

Sort of doubling up this question.

I just played the first 2 hours on a N3DS and then booted the game up on my GW original 3DS in Classic mode and it formatted my game.

Any way around this or am I stuck to using the retail card with one system?

is there someway to block updates via router but still play online? looking to play mh4u on my n3ds but dont want anyone updating even on purpose
