Quick Question Bout some site

Ok I'm signed up to one of these referral sites and all my friends want to help me out to get the referrals faster but here is the problem you can only create one account from one computer so I was thinking if one of my friends signs up one my computer then i reset the modem so the IP changes then have another friend sign up on the same computer would it work?
