Homebrew Quick Question About Updating Through FBI on 11.8

I have a quick question (I asked in the FBI thread but got no response), I'm on 11.8 and have Mario Maker 3DS installed. After I installed it, I installed the update (both .cia, both through FBI). The game is still telling me I need to download the update on my home screen. Am I at risk for getting my system banned if I open it and update, or is there a way to install the update that I missed?

Unless you have the latest game update, think when you launch the game it will still tell you there is an update available.

you should be able to find a cia to update the game to the latest, on that cia/iso website

Ahhhh I must not have the latest update .cia then. Can anyone direct me to this mythical site with .cia updates, a simple google search didn't narrow it down for me.
