Hacking Quick Preloader Question?

I installed PreLoader and I'm always hearing people say to back up the Nand, do I need to do that??

If so can preloader do it or do I need something els???
Please give me a tutoral if I need to do this..

I've heard of BootMii, SoftMii, MiiMii theres so miny Mii I just skiped it I guess..

Is it safe to install and what all dose it do?

Ohh, and is it important to back up my Nand even tho I have PreLoader installed..?

Do it. Backing up the NAND of your Wii is comparable to backing up the hard drive of your PC. When the SHTF, you can recover.
