Hi! I want to remove hacks from my wii so I can have a ''completely'' normal wii with no hacks or whatever. I'm currently on 3.2U with HBC, starfall, Cios rev9, and some wad channels installed. So what should I do to remove all of this safely and then update to 4.2 with no problems? thanks!

Well you might want to be careful about updating to 4.2, unmodded Wii's have been crashing due to that update. also if you want to update you should probably just use a safe updater. Then you can just go to the Wii System Menu and just delete the channels from there. If you installed wads just uninstall them before you delete HBC. Just make sure you remove things with the proper tools through HBC then delete it. Although I can't ever see why you don't want HBC and stuff like that. It's not like it really harms your Wii anyway.

Why...? Why do people want to update to 4.2 when THERE IS NO NEED TO. Just use Anytitledeleter and delete IOS's higher than 200 and uninstall the WADs. Once done that, update through nintendo (according to the details you provided...)

@Goveynetcom: If you delete it through the Wii Settings, a ticket is still left there. Which isn't good.

why in the world would you want a "normal" wii?? if so, just update to 4.2...if it bricks in the process, send it to the big N and you'll get a "normal" Wii for sure!
