Gaming Questioun about the game "the inner world" and the inner world the last monk

Does anyone know the game "the inner world" ? There is also "the inner world; the last monk" Can someone tell me if this game is a DLC/ standalone expansion or a re-release of the game or whatever?
They both seem to share the same release date making me think it's the same game?

The Inner World is the first game, it was released in 2013 on PC, and The Inner World: The last Wind Monk is the second game, released in 2017. Two games, two different names, same released date for the ports.

Just like DOOM 1, 2 and 3 just got released on the same day. Those are 3 different games with only slightly different names and the same release date.
