Easiest option for sure with that many episodes is just grab yourself a cheap DVD player that can handle Divx/Xvid files on DVDs.

But wouldn't I still need to convert them all? :'(

Nope!

just burn the avi's onto a cd or dvd as a data cd/dvd and throw it in the player.

edit: here's a link to the one I use

After struggling with winAVI for like a year I realized how cheap the players were. Now I can fit an entire season of a show on one dvd.
Okay, that sounds good. Just one question though. Just throwing the files on there with no individual menu set up or anything, is there anything that seperates each one so you can choose from a list which one you want to watch?

I don't know if it is the same for all Xvid playing DVD players but with mine it brings up a simple menu that lists all the video files on the DVD, you can scroll through and select the one you want to play.

Wow. I don't know what kind of freaky coincidence this is, but as I checked to see if the movie I just burned onto a DVD worked, I took a glance at the actual DVD player.

Philips. And it has a DivX symbol on it. I think I'm going to go smack myself in the head multiple times now.
