Hacking Question Questions from someone who upgraded to 7.0.0, confusing answers online

Situation: I upgraded to 7.0.0 like a fool and discovered I couldn't boot into SX OS anymore. I did a normal upgrade, did not use Choidujour or anything else.

Questions:
1. I have a Nand backup of 6.2.0 I made with sx os, is there any way I would be able to restore it and downgrade?
2. Else, can I use the 6.2.0 backup to create an Emunand?
3. Is there any way to downgrade to 6.2.0 if I haven't upgraded using Choidujour?
4. Is there any chance they might launch SX OS with 7.0.0 support? Just asking for speculation.
5. Am I completely screwed and nothing can be done and I might as well give up all hope of running a hacked switch anymore?

Thanks in advance. I am sure many others are having the same problems if you take a minute to clarify some things for me it might help others as well.

1. Just restore the backup. But you will have to always boot through RCM and bootloader which bypasses fuze count (pretty much every bootloader), until 7.0.0/1 support is added.
2. Don't know how.
3. Choidujour and rebuild the NAND.

Just a small question, if I go with 1 that means I'd totally get banned, right? I mean there's a chance I already am banned since I upgraded but still just want all my facts straight.
I guess 3 would be a way to avoid that?

Not really. If you stay offline, there is no reason for a ban. Depends if you were online and what is actually your setup. If you were online with CFW before there is a risk of a ban.
