Hacking Questions about loaders

I currently have 3 loaders:

NeoGamma
Uloader
BackupLoader

Now my problem is that I had to install a new cIOS to play NSMBW which I did and im thankful for that, however I was also aware that doing that would make NeoGamma useless or something... anyways cross that on neogamma...

As for the other 2 loaders, my game loads fine but it's a PAL game so obviously my TV aint... so I was wondering if I could tweak the options in these 2 loaders (Which I don't really see).

I used to remember some loaders had menus when u press or hold "2" or some crap like that lol???

I guess imma try holding 2 first... but fuck it ill just post this like a dumb nub...

yes the new cios 249 rev15 makes neogamma useless
uloader i think can change the video mode ny clicking on the game and pressing config and then pressing ntsc
ive never used backuploader before but id suggest getting USBloader GX as its the best loader and it has a lot more fixes to choose from
