When I tryo to load the firmware into iprep it says No Valid Firmware Loaded. I have tried a few different firmwares. And would anyone know if theres a 64bit version of firmtool? I think I am confused before I start! lol

iprep is somewhat outdated these days (indeed you will probably have to manually replace a fair bit of it) and while I like firmtool I am not sure if it has been updated to support the later liteon models.
Stick with dosflash and firmtool if you want to go command line (even if you have to do it under a boot drive). Jungleflasher has got pretty good these last few versions though both in general and on the 64 bit front:
