Questions about ''hacked'' gameboy models

So, I found an Gameboy Advance SP on Ebay and it is in items' description that it has 5000 game in it.
So the games are obviously repeative and most probably aren't all games there are.So,does anyone know if I can/add remove games ? I'd prefer an easy and safe way,not having to do with things inside the gameboy,but anything's acceptable.Also if you can add or remove games from it,can you insert Gameboy (classic) or gameboy colour games in it ?
Can it read official cartridges ?

It's not a hacked GBA, it's bootleg NES hardware designed to look like a GBA.
