    Ok, so..

    1. how often do you think there will be updates?
    2. will there be updates for the Wii itself and games or just updates for the Wii?
    3. by default, the Wii updates save directly to the Wii's internal memory...correct?
    4. Can updates be saved to an SD card?

With those questions in mind I also was wondering...what will happen when the Wii's internal memory is full? does that mean we cant get updates anymore, therefore perhaps not be able to play a agme that requires an update?..

...I just really hope theres a way of managing the Wii's internal update memory, because 3-4 years down the line there will probably be enough updates to flood the console's memory..

    Thoughts on this?

The updates aren't in software, they flash the firmware. That is why you can't turn off the console while its updating.

yeah, cuz the PSP uses a "download" which stoes it on the mem stick and then flashes the firmware right?

Glad to hear the Wii doesnt do that [IMG]
