Hacking question with the dstwo plus on new 3ds Ver.9.0.0-20E

Hello everyone, a question with the DSTWO Plus ont the new 3ds V9.0.0-20E.
Followed with the totu on the internet, but when press the System settings–other settings–profile-Nintendo DS profile, it juste do not restart, and can't enter the gw mode.
I don't know what to do, no solution on the internet.
Could you help me?

DS Profile exploit doesn't work in 9.0

You have to go to go.gateway-3ds.com with the web browser or whatever way people launch Gateway in the N3DS.

You will have to downgrade mset if you want to use it through the DS Profile.

Im not sure about this, but on a website that sells dstwo plus in Australia have said that the card doesnt work on new 3ds consoles.
May need someone to verify this, but that may be the issue.
