Hacking Question: where to buy a gateway 3DS flashcart? what sites are good?

Well as the title says my question is where do you recomend to buy a gateway 3DS flashcart? what sites are good? by it, I mean, good experience as a buyer, fast shipping and if possible sites that ship outside USA from USA, from Canada or Not Asian countries that do shipping to the rest of the Americas. I know, there is a list of official resellers in the flashcart site, but I had some problems with one of them, so, I want to get help from your expericence, which one of those official resellers are the best options?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
