Hacking [Question] To follow plailect guide, its it really a must have "Rednand"?

Im asking this because i have a 3ds, and one of them has a rednand, and the oder one has a emunand but not a rednand, is this a issue to follow the downgrade to 2.1?

i did, however, its very persistent to use the word RedNand lol.

Replace REDNAND with EMUNAND. If you really feel is bothering you. Or check what the difference is. I think to quote the guide ReDNAND is smaller filesize Trimmed compared to EMUNAND which is not since is larger.
