Gaming Question to anyone who brought Mario and Sonic

This is a question to who ever brought it.
My mom brought my brother Mario and Sonic at the Winter Games for Christmas.
on the back of the case it says you can download stickers,costumes and other stuff for your mii.
So im wondering,will it install anything that may mess up your wii (if it has homebrew)
