Hacking [Question] The fastest way to install any CIA

guys, theres a bunch of reasons why installing slows down, among them files being fragmented, when the sd starts to fill up in general, when you already have a crapload of small files on it (like roms and stuff), when you didn't shutdown your 3ds in a while and so on and so on.
and thats usually the case across all installers. one may run faster than another, but in my experience, its never a clear bbm or fbi or we.

only for dlc, bbm seems to work better, as in it usually works where fbi sometimes just doesn't install the dlc so it works.

I heaven't tried it myself, but you could try using CIAngel which downloads the CIA from Nintendo's servers and then you can install it (I'm pretty sure)

CIAngel used to work like that, but now it lets you download directly from the CDN and install it directly, it doesn't even convert it to a CIA!

My internet LITERALLY goes 10 to 20 kbps so this isn't a viable option. :/

Speedtest always grossly highballs these numbers. When I download any file from any website, for example, I get speeds of 6 - 15 kpbs.
For some reason Mega actually gives me speeds up to 35kbps.
It's unbearable.

Browsers show speed in bytes per second, speedtest bits per second.
1KB/s = 8Kb/s

I know people with hughesnet and its really really bad. Shit speeds, tiny data caps, dropped connections.

What I have is the same stuff, just a different data plan... you go over the cap and it stays at slower than 1g speeds for the rest of the month. (On the 16th it resets)
