From personal experience microsds under class 10 u1 are shitty for this kind of things

Then it's dying/ you didn't format it properly/ something is wrong with your Emunand partition.

Ehh, I've sorta noticed that DevMenu takes a bit longer than BBM to install CIAs and to open.

2gb CIA takes about 20 minutes for me to install with FBI.

I have noticed the o3ds takes longer to install cias than the n3ds
Nasa shows speed and on o3ds its between 700 and 1000kbs and on n3ds its between 1700 and 2000kps sometimes faster(seems to speed up the larger the file)
