Homebrew [QUESTION] SNES rom injecting through Super Mario All Stars?

I was wondering if you could inject a SNES ROM into the Mario All-Stars' iso, so you can have iso-format SNES games. Would it be possible to take the All-Stars game out from the file then put another SNES ROM in it?

Only way to know if this is possible is extracting contents of ISO/WBFS with Wiimms ISO Tools (for ISO file) or Wiimms WBFS Tools (for WBFS file), seeing if is there a ROM file of Super Mario All-Stars SNES in the ISO.
