Gaming [Question] Smash Bros. Firmware Spoof?

My N3DS XL is on 10.1.0-27 and isn't able to access the Smash Bros. AOC Store because it requires the latest firmware version. Is there any way to spoof my firmware so I can get DLC without updating?

(HANS doesn't work as booting Smash Bros. causes it to not detect any updates and prevents the AOC option from even showing up)
