Hacking [Question] rxtools+menuhax and Gateway+ninjhax Emunand on N3DS?

Hi everyone,

Long time lurker here. Since rxtools and Gateway use the same emunand, I was wondering if its possible to boot my N3DS emunand with both Rxtools and Gateway Flashcard? If so, how to do it?

Basically, is there a way I can play regular 3ds cartridges on Rxtools emunand and also play 3ds roms on my Gateway flashcard?

And I know that I can play games via cia but all my library is in .3ds format. I also use the Gateway menu sometimes.

What I have:
-N3DS firmware 9.0
-Rxtools with Reinand
-Menuhax to load Rxtools with L button
-Cubic Ninja
-Gateway flashcard
