Is there a piece of DS homebrew that allows two homebrew-enabled DS to wirelessly send/exchange files? If not, it sounds (to me) like a good idea.

For example lets me and my friend both have an R4, and I have one HB app i want to send him. Is there like a DS app that we could both open, i can say i want to send it to his ds, i'd pick a file, he'd pick a directory to save it to, and wirelessly send it to him?

DS file-sharing wins the award for most requested useless app.

LOL. Sorry, didn't know that everyone wants the same thing.

Does it exist already or is it yet to be made or may never be made? (that probably didn't make sense)

although wifi has been found out, the homebrew community has yet to crack local wireless

    aww... seriously? k. /..\

i'm going to see if i can get one of my computers to run a packet sniffing program and see if i can find out what the DS's send during DL play. (Wait, does DL play count as local wireless or should i try to find out differences between multi-cart and dl play?

Yep. Ad-hoc without an AP is impossible as of now.
