Gaming Question regarding games

If I have a backup of a game that is 8gb and I managed to compress/reduce it to 4gb game

so it can fit on a regular dvd, can I play that online through neogema even though its not the original size , or do I get banned ?



EDIT::
In other words, can I play a scrubbed game on the Wii, or will I get banned?


Like Mario Kart, or Super Smash Brothers.

Ninty has no way of banning you like xbox does

I go online with ALL my backups, scrubbed/unscrubbed, does'nt matter........
