Hacking Question regarding EZFlash 3 in 1

Hi all, I'm new here and I couldn't find this question answered anywhere else, so I was wondering if you could help me.

Okay, I've been playing Pokemon LeafGreen on an emulator, and I've now finished it and have a very good team.
I have a legit card of Pokemon Diamond, an R4 DS and I'm receiving my EZ Flash 3 in 1 soon.

My question is, is there a way for me to transfer my LeafGreen ROM and save file (*.sav) to the 3 in 1, so I can migrate my Pokemon onto my legit Diamond card? And if it is possible, would someone mind giving me instructions on how to do it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So whats GBAldr? and how will it help me with my situation?

Migration with an EZ5 and 3 in1 should work out of the box but with an R4 you will need to patch the diamond rom, naturally this discounts the real cart but you can then transfer the save back to the real cart should you so desire.

The patch is stickied in the EZ5 section of the US forums: http://ezflash.sosuke.com/ and it was linked in the wiki entry and the thread entitled something like EZ 3 in 1 wiki entry around here.

Saves might get a bit more tricky as you do not have a DLDI capable GBA slot cart. Rudolph's 3 in1 rom dumper should have the capabilities though (no links to hand but it should not be hard to come by)

As for getting the save from VBA save in game (rather than savestate) hit file -> export -> battery file (I think it was that, if not play around with the file menu for 30 seconds or so).

no$gba might also work, you can convert savestates from one to the other with a tool by spikeman if I recall available at http://www.romhacking.net/

Now all I have to do is wait for my 3 in 1 to come in the mail.
