So I created my emunand a couple weeks ago following a tutorial posted here, everything went smooth and nice, the only problem I noticed was all system apps were duplicated only on emunand and when I tried to open the copied ones the system crashed and I had to reset, eventually I put them in a folder to avoid confusion but It still really bugged me, long story short just recently I discovered that some cia's id on nand belonged to an European version of home menu, so what it made sense to me was deleting them would get rid of all system duplicates, and it actually did, but now when I try to open the normal system apps emunand hangs and I cant do anything besides force my 3ds off. So what can I do to return my emunand to normal ?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @israelsaan!

What CFW do you have? Did you unlink your NANDs?

@GKGC34 I have an o3DS, it was rxTools and I did unlinked nands, the weird thing is my 3ds is American, why would I have an entire European system installed?

Did you change your EmuNAND region?

I don't believe I changed my region, unless I accidentally did following the tutorial

Do you know how many folders with all letters and numbers do you have in your "Nintendo 3DS" folder on your sd card?

Ok, I found it. You may have set up two EmuNANDs.

Well that's strange, anyway I did a emunand restore, sadly all duplicate system apps returned
    Thank you @GKGC34

You're welcome but you could have avoided this. You must have missed something in this tutorial but I can't know exactly the steps you followed, so...
Anyways in case you wanna retry pay attention to the unlinking and EmuNAND creation proccess because your problem is there.
