Hey So I am wondering what's the fastest way to install cias on n3ds as the sd card is harder to access I was trying network install but that was going at like 250KB/s on socket punch, I suppose I could copy all the cias over every time but that's kinda a hassle, is there a way to move the data faster?

Short answer is no the long answer is still no. The fastest way is to probably use ciaAngel.

is there any risk downloading from cdn instead of from a certain iso site. Like can nintendo freak out, what happens if I accidentally try to request a cia from nintendo that was never in the eshop, or not in my region?
