its a bit vague for me, I know I must not use any flashcard but can someone confirm it for me? [IMG]

How about the battery pack thing? is that legal to use? [IMG] (I want one!)

The deal with flashcards is just rumors people are spreading. There is no proof to it. That said I'm probably going to be leaving my flash cart in my DSi for the time being. Mostly cause I use it to try out games I find interesting, anything on there I actually liked I already beat. lol

As far as the Nyko goes, there isn't any way Nintendo could know you have it on there unless they went to your house and personally watched you using it. It's safe to say if that's what you want to use (I'm probably getting one too) then there should be no problems whatsoever. It'd be kinda hard for Nintendo to disable the use of a battery without changing the actual hardware.

i see no way they can detect a different battery and do anything about it.
if anything, ninty would want someone to improve their battery life.

flash carts are different though since it uses the os and no one can garentee anything.
    ninty is against those.

    nyko is fine though

I'm not worried about them blocking it, because I'm just not going to use my DStwo on it.

I don't plan to have anything illegal on my 3DS for a long time.

Also, for the battery, it's a great idea, but looks like you have to remove screws... I'm pretty sure that isn't allowed, but I would think if Nintendo didn't approve of it, they just wouldn't license it. I'm sticking to the Nintendo 3DS charging station.
